Optimill Front and Second Row Security Door Hinges - Defender 110

Front Security door hinges for all Land Rover Defender models

Our innovative design means you can no longer remove the door from the bulkhead without the screws fitted, internal fixings on the door side of the hinge to increase security for unwanted removal.

110 Set for 1st and 2nd row doors

Designed and manufactured by Optimill in the UK, these are CNC machined from Billets of Aerospace grade 6082-T6 aluminium.

The hinge pins are made of stainless steel which are internally pinned to prevent unwanted removal or theft.

The hinges also feature self lubricating graphite bushes to reduce friction and prevent wear.

After machining and going through our strict quality control procedures and anodised to a maximum of 25 microns.

Supplied with high security stainless fixings & shims.

Available in 3 colours - Black, Silver and Grey 

PLEASE NOTE:
We recommend that no TFR (Traffic Film Remover) solutions found in some cleaning products, should be used on our anodised products.
